Studio purchased artwork(s) may be returned within seven (7) working days, beginning with the day you receive the artwork(s). Return shipping charges, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the artwork(s) in perfect condition, I can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges.) The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used to purchase the artwork(s). The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned artwork(s).
If your purchase was a commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All commission sales are final. No Exceptions.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
I take the utmost care in packaging the artwork(s), and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine artwork(s) on arrival before signing for them. If artwork(s) is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me no later than seven (7) working days of receipt along with photos of damage for insurance claims. Once piece(s) is assessed, I can issue a refund (less shipping charges). Artwork(s) must be packaged in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). I will email you my mailing address to return the artwork(s). Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility.
Artwork(s) must be moved carefully from packaging as I accept no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork(s) during unpackaging. I will not ship an artwork(s) if the condition is not of the highest quality.
I reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund in the event that the artwork(s) is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.
I reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.
