On September 18th I’ll be giving my first arts talk at the INsight Design Conference in NW Indiana. Really looking forward to engaging with the attendees and sharing the knowledge that I’ve learned so far. We’re all in this together!
Join us at Walnut Ink Projects to meet Liz Mares, LIVE!!, in our open studio space. A wonderful and dedicated artist, Liz will be producing works for the next exhibition, Mares & Jimenez.
If you live in the area, I hope you can stop in!

My first time curating an exhibition! I feel very fortunate and lucky to have been able to bring international artists to Chicago’s 33 Contemporary Gallery.
The internet has made it possible for global interaction to exist on a massive scale. Through this, we are able to witness cultural occurrences and differentiations that may not have been possible to witness otherwise.
P.O.P (Perceptions of Population) is an avenue of joining a group of artists together and offering a visual consciousness of how our geographical locations directly impact our impressions of the human population. These works on paper, offer a range of thematics from satirical, political, philosophical, spiritual or emotional and represent the locals of the United States, Germany, Austria, Indonesia and Greece.
I was so happy to be able to be a part of this wonderful group exhibition at Roman Susan Annex. It was an innovative exhibition, unlike any I had seen (around my area) before. Here’s to more challenging exhibitions and exhibition spaces that are breaking new grounds!
I am very happy to be chosen to show my work for Mist Gallery’s inaugural exhibition. Mist Gallery was founded by two Richmond, VA artists, Lizzy Servito and Nastassja Swift.
They are an online art space that features exhibitions of fresh and innovative work by emerging artists. Their mission is to establish a platform for young artists to showcase their craft, and is committed to presenting a body of work that is unique and exceptional in form, thought and process. Each month Mist Gallery selects a new group of work to be displayed for a month long exhibition.
